The design comprises of two contrasting volumes: A C-shaped building with a futuristic ribbed façade, and a gridded form covered with cascading greenery. The building will contain a 115-room hotel, 31 condos, and 11 affordable housing units, as well as the revamped Viper Room — a legendary nightclub that currently resides on the block.
